The parliament passed the law tomorrow and discuss the demolition of the CP amendment to the amendment of debt.
The Plenum of the Parliament of Cantabria morning approved the proposition of law agreed by the three political groups to increase legal security in the region and resolve, where possible, the situation of housing demolition final decision.

However, this guarantee, at least for now, will not have force of law, and which is not contained in the bill originally filed, but merely a mandatethe Government in the form of proposition, not law.
In its explanatory memorandum, the parliamentary groups justify this new initiative because, in his view, the judgments of demolition "have highlighted the need to strengthen the legal guarantees of those bona fide buyers who purchased a home whose construction is supported by a license. "
They say, currently existing procedures for government to deal with cases "damages" to those buyers are "clearly insufficient to give due justice to those affected." Therefore propose to the Executive to address the changes necessary to ensure compensation.
