Aigner wants to force banks to better counseling

December 14th, 2009

Consumer Protection Minister Ilse Aigner wants to force the banking industry, with government measures to better customer service. It remains their goal to develop jointly with the companies a rapid reform of investment advice.

According to Aigner requires clear rules to better protect private investors against losses and Falschberatung too.
